Welcome to BPExch Pakistan. These Terms and Conditions apply to the site (such as bpexchs.com), apps, and everything BPExch delivers ("we", "us", or "our").
Using the service or signing up means you agree to every clause below. If any clause is unacceptable, you must not register or continue using BPExch.
2.1. Age Requirement: You need to be 18 or older—or whatever counts as an adult where you live—to register or wager. We may ask for age evidence and freeze the profile until checks pass.
2.2. Single Account Policy: Each person may hold one BPExch profile. Extra logins opened to harvest promos or distort the market are forbidden; we may shut every linked login and void balances tied to abuse.
2.3. Account Security: You must keep your BPExch ID and password private. Anything done while you are signed in is treated as your own act.
3.1. Local Payments: PKR funding is available through Easypaisa, JazzCash, and partner banks. Only channels held in your own legal name may be used.
3.2. Verification (KYC): Your first cash-out may need KYC, including a CNIC copy or other ID we accept.
3.3. Processing Times: Mobile-wallet payouts are often completed inside six hours, yet outages, public holidays, or fraud screening can extend the wait.
4.1. General Limitations: We may decline all or part of a stake. Nothing counts as accepted until our systems record it.
4.2. Errors & Glitches: Where odds, prices, or software are plainly wrong or broken, we may cancel impacted wagers and refund the stake.
4.3. Fair Play: Bots, collusion, or fraud may trigger instant suspension while we review the account.
Every offer—whether labelled risk-free, matched deposit, or similar—carries its own playthrough rules, caps, and expiry. Unless the offer says otherwise, bonus money stays locked until rollover targets are satisfied.
We promote measured play. You may ask support for spending caps or self-exclusion windows. We are not responsible if someone tries to dodge an exclusion with false identity data.
We may revise these Terms and Conditions whenever required. Keeping the service after a change means you consent to the revised wording.
